3/16 welded steel construction with a no-nonsense design which fully protects adjustable couplers from being removed from the C-Channel. Accepts all known "puck" style locks. which by design are completely bolt cutter proof. Includes spacer washer, a grade 8 bolt (with a hole drilled through the end), and a snap ring. Time, noise, power tools or a cutting torch will be required to defeat our lock design which will eliminate most theft interest.
