Possible Problems & Solutions 1. Why does latch stretch jam, not smooth? The latch installation is not horizontal or panel installation is not vertical. Please loosen fixing bolts, re-adjust the position and relock. When installing the fixing bolts, do not overtighten them. 2. After installation, door lock with keypad can be unlocked without entering a password or any password, or enter a password but it doesn't work. What is the reason for this?
