With the ABUS FTS206 window lock, two locking levels can be selected: presence protection and burglary protection. For presence protection, the fuse is closed by gently pressing the bolt bolt. No key is required to open. For the total lock for burglary protection, the bolt bolt is fully pressed in and used to open the keys. Red markings on the latch bolt visually indicate the open/close position. The window lock is equipped with a solid frame strip and a steel wing plate for high security on the handle side of common windows and French doors. Secure the hinge side additionally. During assembly, the sash plate is mounted on the window casement, the frame strip is mounted on the frame. The window lock is suitable for windows and doors made of aluminium, wood or plastic. - VdS-approved, DIN tested. - For inward opening windows and French doors. - Mounting on the handle side. - Pressure resistance over 1 tonne. - For fold thicknesses of 0 – 25 mm. - Open/close position is visually visible. - Includes two keys. - Drilling template FTS206 is only to be used in conjunction with drilling template FTS101. - By pressing in the latch bolt, the fuse is closed. - 2-stage closing, level 1 (presence protection): easy pressing of the bolt bolt, level 2 (burglary protection): complete push-in of the bolt for total locking. - Total lock is released by means of a key.
